1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wvip ("wvip," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the wvip online casino and sports betting platform available at wvip.lol (the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing any game, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the wvip Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your acceptance also extends to any additional terms, rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein or published on the Platform, including but not limited to the wvip Privacy Policy and the wvip Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are effective as of the date you first access or use the Platform and remain in full force for as long as you maintain an account or use the Platform in any capacity. wvip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the wvip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 1869 as amended and PAGCOR regulations. Access by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of wvip or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from the wvip Platform through a self-exclusion request or involuntary account closure due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not diagnosed with or aware of a gambling addiction that renders you legally incapable of entering this agreement.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on wvip, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and contact number.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the wvip Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wvip reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bonuses, and withhold withdrawal of winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law. wvip may require you to submit verification documents (Know Your Customer, or KYC documents) at any point during your use of the Platform.

3.3 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registered details up to date. If any information changes — such as your email address, mobile number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. wvip is not liable for losses, delays, or failed communications arising from outdated account information.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wvip login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized those activities.

You agree to choose a strong, unique password for your wvip account and to change it regularly. You must notify wvip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, a security breach, or any suspicious activity. wvip will investigate reported security incidents but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wvip supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as Visa and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at wvip's sole discretion.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your wvip account. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. wvip is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has been fully verified (KYC completed); (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold specified in the cashier section; and (d) there are no pending security reviews or investigations on your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the wvip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the player's responsibility. wvip does not charge internal processing fees on standard GCash or PayMaya transactions, though your e-wallet provider's own fee schedule may apply.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

wvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. wvip reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• wvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Where wvip has reasonable grounds to believe a player is exploiting bonuses — including through bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting strategies — wvip may void the bonus and related winnings and close the account.
• Bonuses are for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the wvip Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

wvip uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are random, independent, and not influenced by the Platform, by wvip, or by any external party. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers and are subject to the same fairness standards as physical table games.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, game crashes, disconnections, or display errors — wvip reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. wvip's determination of the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wvip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to artificially manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wvip staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code, APIs, or back-end systems without authorization.

9 Responsible Gaming

wvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools and resources to help Filipino players maintain control of their gambling activity. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered wvip players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your wvip account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session. You will be notified and logged out when your limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum losses over a defined period to prevent overspending.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive marketing communications from wvip.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net result.

wvip will not reverse a self-exclusion during its active period under any circumstances. Players who attempt to re-register during a self-exclusion period will have new accounts closed and deposits returned.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the wvip Platform — including but not limited to the wvip brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of wvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wvip.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

wvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the wvip Privacy Policy.

wvip processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and KYC/AML service providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wvip shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond wvip's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions you make based on information displayed on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.
• Losses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wvip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

wvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Protection of the player's own wellbeing under the responsible gaming framework.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, wvip may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by wvip for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting wvip support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and your remaining verified balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

14 Amendments to These Terms

wvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wvip will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the wvip Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and wvip, you are encouraged to first contact wvip customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. wvip will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory authority, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may apply in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
